Juvederm & Restylane

Juvederm and Restylane are injectable gels indicated for the correction of moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles.  They are useful in treating the folds around the mouth and nose known as the nasolabial folds, the vertical wrinkles and lines around the mouth, and even in the lips to add more volume.   As skin ages the production of hyaluronic acid (HA) diminishes.  Hyaluronic acid fillers contain a molecule that is common to all humans. Therefore, allergic  reaction is extremely unlikely.  It can be used to increase the fullness of areas of the face that characteristically “deflates” with aginig such as the cheeks and brows.  It can also be used to fill the hollow beneath the eyes and make the dark circles better.  Many other applications exist. Hylauonic acids only limitation is that in some areas it lasts only 6 to 12 months.  During your consultation wewill discuss with you which filler is the right option for you based on your own particular needs.

Radiesse

Radiesse is a synthetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body’s natural collagen supply.   Composed of microspheres in a biocompatible gel, Radiesse is made from the same minerals found in our bones, Radiesse is most commonly used in the face on the nasolabial folds (areas to the sides of the nose), around the corners of the mouth and depressed scars.  Treatments require only topical anesthetic.  Side effects such as swelling or bruising are minimal and should fade within a couple days.  Results are visible immediately after the injection and can last a year to 15 months.

Dysport

The Timing's Just Right!® Dysport is a prescription injection for temporary improvement in the look of moderate to severe frownlines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines).
