Breast volume and lost of shape at the waist were addressed concurrently. 330 cc saline implants were placed through a periareolar incision into a submuscular pocket. Bilateral waist suction lipectomy was carried out, removing 200 cc of fatty tissue from each side. The post-operative result is shown at three months. |
