A customized procedure was designed which included the posterior portion of a face/neck lift with tightening of the platysma muscles of the neck. This was combined with a chemical peel around the lips and a small tissue graft placed in the deeper wrinkle lines between the brows. She has enjoyed a remarkable rejuvenation of facial features. |
